Why should I join LunaFit?

At our Fitness, Pilates & Yoga studio in Menorca, we offer a wide variety of classes all set in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and designed to help you achieve whole body wellness .Our classes have roots in yoga, Pilates and dance making them safe and accessible to everyone and perfect for whole body sculpting while at the same time also taking into consideration the mind body connection 

The owner, Siobhan Tomlin, believes in fitness that is fun and playful yet effective. She believes if you can actually see your own progress and skills developing, fitness will be more enjoyable and therefore more sustainable

Will classes run all year round?

Yes although our timetable changes every season

Will I make friends at Luna Fit?

Of course!

We feel that whole body wellness takes more than just a rushed gym sesh after work and would like Luna Fit to feel more like a community of like-minded souls. We believe that friends that sweat together stay together and therefore hope to provide plenty of opportunities for you to meet your fellow Lunas at our events and retreats

Do I need to bring a yoga mat or any equipment?

At our Fitness, Pilates & Yoga studio in Menorca, all workout equipment will be provided for you. Just remember a water bottle to keep hydrated and a small towel if you would like. 

For private classes at your accommodation we are happy to bring our equipment if required.

For our Complementary open classes that we have throughout the year you may be asked to bring your own yoga mat

Do I need any previous experience?

Absolutely not! Luna classes are designed for everyone. We will provide lots of options so that you can always work to your fitness level and at your pace. But if you would like a private training session to go over technique before joining our group classes please let us know as we would be happy to arrange this

Is there parking available?

We do not have any assigned parking but there are plenty of carparks in Mahon and we are located centrally. 

What should I wear?

For most Luna classes just comfortable gym clothes and bare feet.

For LunaPole, bare arms and legs are essential to grip the pole, so we would recommend shorts and a sports bra or vest top.

Please do not moisturise or wear sun tan lotion prior to coming to  Pole class as this will make you slippery on the pole which can make the class more challenging

Can you design a personal programme for me?

Absolutely! And we would love to!

What happens if I need to cancel a class or my membership?

Because we have small classes which are often full we have a 8 hour cancellation policy. Please cancel using the app if you can not make it (even if you are not within the time period) so that the next person on the waiting list can be notified and attend the class.

Take part in one of our organised detox and reset retreats or we can organise a bespoke retreats just for you and your friends!
