Our Aerial classes in Menorca are a fun and effective way for all levels, ages and abilities to build strength, learn new skills and get in shape. Beginners will learn how to move, stretch and tone their body in fun, new ways using expert techniques and supportive apparatus and more experience aerial-lovers can advance their skills in a fun and safe environment.

Let go of your doubts and give it a go, exercise will never feel like a chore again! And if you are still unsure, you can always start with a private class to see what its all about. Or organise one of our playful Aerial class for the whole family, designed especially just for you and your little monkeys!


POLE DANCE

Learn a variety of pole spins and poses to challenge and inspire you to get stronger. This fun class will build strength and coordination, and introduce you to new pole tricks, transitions and floor moves blending spins, climbs, inverts into an always changing routine.

POLE FLOW

This class is open to all levels and is a flow class focused on basework and dancing around the lower portion of the pole. Every week or fortnight there will be a new choreo ranging from contemporary, sexy and sensual and hip hop styles. Heels optional but socks and knee pads recommended.

It is also recommended that Participants take a few pole level 0 classes before taking this class but not necessary.

AERIAL HOOP

Aerial Hoop is a full body workout. You will build strength in your arms, shoulders and upper body, and it’s a fantastic way to strengthen your core. You should also see improvements in your flexibility, balance and coordination as you slowly begin to contort your body to new poses.

AERIAL YOGA

Our LEVEL 1 class is specifically geared towards those who are new to aerial yoga or who want a slower paced practice. We’ll get you started on the basics and progressively build your skills up. You’ll learn how to use the swing, overcome fear, master new techniques and practice postures where one or both of your feet are off the ground.

Once you’ve mastered the basics in Level 1, it’s time to challenge yourself with Level 2. Faster paced, with more athletic poses and inversions, you’ll be spending more time with your feet off the ground. You’ll be doing a series of hanging and upside down manoeuvres to challenge you and keep your mind stimulated.
